The family of Hall of Fame quarterback Bart Starr says a public memorial service for the former Packer will be held Sunday. The family is also holding a private funeral. The weekend service will be held at Samford University in Homewood, Alabama — a suburb of Birmingham. Starr died last weekend at the age of 85. A Green Bay service will be held later.
