Madison police will determine if its officers used excessive force when they took a 17-year-old boy into protective custody Wednesday. An internal investigation has been launched after a video was posted on social media. Police say the teen appeared to be in a mental health crisis. One officer punched him several times and another officer suffered hand and shoulder injuries during the struggle. No names have been released.
