The Roncalli Jets Boys Golf team captured the WIAA Division 3 State Championship. The Jets finished eleven shots ahead of second place Abundant Life/Madison Country over the two-day meet at University Ridge Golf Course in Verona near Madison. Sheboygan area Lutheran finished third. The meet was shortened from 36 to 27 holes for Division Two and Three players following a two-and-a-half-hour weather delay. Jets’ Senior Ian Behringer shot a two-over-par 38 and finished in a tie for third five shots behind meet medalist Drake Wilcox of Sheboygan Lutheran. Jets freshman Will Falconer tied for 12th– Junior Luke Pautz ties for 14th-Sophomore Bryce Pautz tied for 21st and Junior Ethan Wheelis finished in a tie for 28th.
