Despite hitting five home runs and slugging .531, rookie infielder Keston Hiura is being returned to the minors. Hiura’s roster spot was needed for the return of veteran Travis Shaw who has missed time with a wrist injury. Shaw was hitting just .163 when he was placed on the injured list. It is possible that either Eric Thames or Jesus Aguilar could be dropped to make room for the rookie’s return, but that step isn’t being taken right now. Chase Anderson is the scheduled starting pitcher when the Brewers host Miami tonight (Tuesday) at Miller Park.
