Owners of the iconic “blue building” in downtown Milwaukee are spending 30-million dollars on a huge renovation project. The former Reuss Federal Plaza was bought by a New York company two years ago. When the work is complete the building will include a Wi-Fi lounge, a skylight and features for tenants like billiards and a golf simulator. Right now, owner Brad Gordon and his partners are looking for an artist to create a hanging sculpture for the atrium.
