Sauk City police officers found two bodies Sunday when they were dispatched to a home for a welfare check. Concerned neighbors told police they hadn’t heard from the victims for about a week. They say the grass at the home was usually kept trimmed, but that hadn’t been done recently. The names of the two people haven’t been released pending the notification of their next-of-kin.
