Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office Releases Names of Victims in Fatal Accident

Two Lakeshore area men were identified in a fatal crash on I-43 earlier this week. While the details of the crash were not also included in the update, we do know that 38 year old Dean Collard of Mishicot died in the incident in the Town of Mosel, while David Benishek, an 18 year old from Manitowoc, remained uninjured. The crash took place on Wednesday just before 10:00 PM at Orchard Road, and only involved the two vehicles. I-43 was shut down between County Road XX and State Highway 42 for around five hours as the scene was investigated, and cleaned up.
