A woman has been arrested in the shooting of a 60-year-old man right outside Milwaukee Police Headquarters. The incident happened Wednesday morning at about 10:30 A-M. Witnesses say the victim was holding a metal weapon and had been arguing with the accused shooter. No names have been released and he is expected to survive. Milwaukee Area Technical College’s downtown campus went on lockdown for about 10 minutes, but no students were present.
