Northwoods League Kicks Off Summer Baseball Season Tonight

All of the teams in the 22-squad Northwoods League kick off the summer season tonight (Tuesday).  Kokomo and Traverse City have been added in the current expansion and the league standings have been altered with the creation of four subdivisions.  The Fond du Lac Dock Spiders are the defending champions.  Madison had 49 wins last season — the most in team history — but the Mallards were knocked out of the playoffs in the first round by Fond du Lac.
