Authorities in Eau Claire County have charged a woman with two counts of trafficking a child. Investigators say a 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted over a three-day period by Catherine Ottinger’s boyfriend in 2017. Ottinger has a court appearance scheduled for next week. The criminal complaint says Ottinger was present when her boyfriend had sex with the underage girl in exchange for money.
