Bail is set at $500 cash for a 30-year-old Manitowoc man facing several charges after being taken into custody at a local gas station. Andrew Lee Price is charged with Disorderly Conduct-Possession of Heroin-Methamphetamine and Marijuana and two counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping. Officers were called to the Shell Gas Station in the 1700 Block of South 41st Street early this morning and were told by the clerk on duty that Price had displayed a handgun in the waist of his pants. A subsequent search discovered Price had an airsoft pistol-which fires small plastic BB’s. The clerk added that Price appeared to be under the influence and proceeded to roll a “blunt” on the counter. No one was hurt. Conditions of bail are that Price have no contact with Drug dealers or users, have no contact with the Shell Gas Station and maintain absolute sobriety. He remains in the Manitowoc County Jail and an initial appearance is scheduled for May 20th.
