A Tradition Continues at Silver Creek Park Today

The 68th Annual “Safety Patrol Picnic” is being held today at Manitowoc’s Silver Creek Park. Fifth and sixth grade students who serve as crossing guards at city schools are honored at the picnic in the park.  Games, food and prizes are offered to those students courtesy of donations from local and area businesses.
