The Milwaukee Brewers had plenty of base-runners, but couldn’t get them home in a 4-1 loss at Chicago Sunday night. Lefty Jon Lester allowed nine hits in less than seven innings, but he only gave up one unearned run. The Brewers wasted a solid performance by starter Jhoulys Chacin, who allowed just one earned run in six innings of work. The Cubs took two-out-of-three in the weekend series. It is possible Freddy Peralta will start tonight’s (Monday’s) game at Philadelphia, but that hasn’t been confirmed.
