The Wisconsin Department of Justice says a fourth man has been convicted in the murder of a Lac du Flambeau tribal member. Evan Oungst of Woodruff entered a guilty plea to a charge of second-degree reckless homicide Monday. He and four others were accused of driving Wayne Valliere Junior to a secluded area December 21st, 2017. They beat and shot Valliere to death because they thought he was a police informant. The fifth suspect, Curtis Wolfe, is set to go on trial
