Driver Says He Fell Asleep But Police Say He Was Drunk

Madison police say two children were in the car when a 34-year-old driver lost control and rolled his vehicle.  Nobody was injured in the accident which happened Sunday at about 11:15 A-M.  Seth R. Collins told police he fell asleep at the wheel, but officers say he was drunk.  Collins and the children ran from the accident scene and were found quickly.  Collins was arrested on suspicion of fourth-offense operating while impaired with passengers under the age of 16.
