Bay Port swept a doubleheader from host Manitowoc Lincoln at Municipal Field last night. The Pirates captured the opener, 4-0, behind Carter Highline’s 1-hitter. Alex Kahlenberg also pitched well but takes the loss. Braydon Kernz had the Ships only hit, a 3rd inning single. Bay Port was the home-team on the scoreboard in Game-2, and pushed across a run in the bottom of the 6th to break a 1-all tie giving them a 2-1 win. Aiden Buck was the losing pitcher Noah Brotski went 2-3 in a losing effort.
In the Eastern Wisconsin Conference: Valders blanked Brillion 9-0. Winning pitcher was Deisel Hammel while at the plate the Vikings were paced by Fletcher Dallas, who was 2-3 with a double & 2-RBI Dylan Faber was also 2 for 3 with an RBI & 2-runs scored.
