Witnesses say a three-year-old Milwaukee boy ran into the street Saturday night and was hit by a car, suffering critical injuries. A good Samaritan drove the child and his uncle to the hospital quickly. Police say the driver of the vehicle which hit the boy remained on the scene and was released without being arrested. The victim’s name hasn’t been released.
