Two top officials with the Milton School District will resign at the end of the school year. The resignations of Superintendent Tim Schigur and Director of Administrative Operations Jerry Scheutz follow the hiring of an outside investigator to look into allegations of misconduct. Investigator Lori Lubinsky found no intentional wrongdoing in the paying of more than 30-thousand dollars in stipends without Board of Education approval. District officials say neither Schigur nor Schuetz was removed and the resignations were voluntary.
