Two Rivers was a 10-0 winner over Roncalli in E-W-C Girls Fastpitch Softball last night. The game was stopped after five innings by the mercy-rule. Raiders winning pitcher, Hannah Harteau, had a complete-game 3-hitter. Mackenzie Dvorachek took the loss. Kailey Pyles led the offensive attack going 3-4 with 3 runs scored.
The Valders girls meanwhile rolled to a 16-0 3 inning victory over visiting Kiel. The Vikings, 5-1 in conference, 9-3 overall, pounded out 10 hits in the shortened game, including a 2-2 performance by Holly Wendling who also scored twice and drove in 3 runs. Winning pitcher Maddie Lambert did not allow a hit, while allowing a walk to go along with 4-strikeouts.
In Boys Baseball, Two Rivers edged Roncalli 9-8 in EWC action, while Valders defeated Kiel 10-1. In the F-R-C-C: Manitowoc Lincoln rallied from a 9-2 deficit to beat host Sheboygan South, 12-9.
