There are a pair of meetings in the City of Manitowoc to start off the month of May. The Board of Public Works will kick things off in the Council Chambers in City Hall. At their 4:00 gathering, they will go over the noxious weed and snow removal appeals, and the pay estimates for several projects. The Council Chambers will then be occupied by the Public Infrastructure Committee at 5:30 AM. After some time is set aside for the public to voice their comments, they will go over a long list of discussion and action items. A couple of the items on that list are an update on the design of a pedestrian bridge over the Little Manitowoc River, and the design of a dog park in Halverson Park.
