A street closure notice this morning (today) from the city of Manitowoc. Department of Engineering Spokesman, Greg Minikel, says South 22nd Street, from Marshall to Hamilton Streets, will be closed to through traffic today. The closure is to allow for the repair/replacement of a lead water service. Minikel said it’s expected that South 22nd, between Marshall & Hamilton, will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday.
