After three years, the fourth suspect sentenced in the killing of a Beloit boy has been given the max. Hugo Martinez will serve 15 years in prison, then 10 years of extended supervision. Five-year-old Austin Ramos Junior was shot to death in January 2016. Lead prosecutor Mason Braunschweig says he volunteered to take on the important case because he had a five-year-old child at the time — and he says it “kind of hit home.”
