Federal Judge Rules Republicans Haven’t Demonstrated A Right To Intervene

A U-S District Judge has told Wisconsin Republican lawmakers they haven’t demonstrated they have a right to intervene in a lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood.  The women’s health services agency is legally challenging the state’s restrictions on abortions.  Federal Judge William Conley made his ruling Tuesday.  He said allowing the intervention would inject politics and complicate the case needlessly.
