Two Milwaukee-area women entered guilty pleas to terrorism charges in federal court Monday. The U-S Attorney’s Office says 46-year-old Waheba Davis, a mother of seven from Cudahy, hacked into social media accounts to promote ISIS ideology. Two years before that action, Yosvany Padilla-Conde of Milwaukee was accused of helping a man provide materials and support to terrorists. Both face the possibility of 20-year sentences in federal prison.
