Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 41 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 127-104 win at Detroit and a sweep of their first-round N-B-A playoff series. It was the first time the Bucks have advanced to the second round in 18 years. The Bucks started to pull away with a 17-3 run at the end of the third period and wound up outscoring the Pistons by 29 in the second half. The Bucks face the Boston Celtics next.
