Two of the top Girls Fastpitch programs in the area got together last night for a non-conference Game at Mishicot. The host Indians scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th to pull out a 9-8 walk-off victory over the Vikings. Megan Junk earned the win in relief of starter Madelyn Dokey. Maddie Lambert went the distance in suffering the loss. Katie Koeppel was the offensive star for Mishicot going 4-4, including a double with an RBI & 3 runs scored. Teammate Kourtney Leroy added 3 hits in 4 plate appearances for the Indians, now 7-0, 3-0 in the Big East. Lindsay Glaeser homered while Kendra Hammel was 3-4 for Valders, which falls to 5-and-2, 3-0 in the Eastern Wisconsin Conference.
