If you were listening to any Seehafer Broadcasting Radio Station at around 8:15 this morning, you may have heard us suddenly go off the air. That is because we experienced a short power outage. We made contact with Manitowoc Public Utilities, and they confirmed that we were not the only people affected by outages. The representative told us that they have received reports from people in the 1300 block of South 35th Street, as well as the 3400 block of Custer Street, with a total of around 1,500 customers being affected. A post on Facebook from the company indicates that it is a circuit operation issue, and crews are out fixing the issue.
