Chagres have officially been filed against 30 year old Sai Vang after he allegedly stabbed Green Bay Police K9 Pyro. Vang had his bond set at $10,000 cash as he facing felony causing injury to a police animal, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. It is being reported that Vang suffers from what are being described as significant mental health issues, including being labeled as schizophrenic. Vang stabbed Pyro three times in the neck area as the K9 attacked during a standoff with the gun wielding Vang. He did apologize, saying that he stabbed Pyro “on instinct” because he is scared of dogs. Pyro is currently recovering from his injuries.
