Witnesses say a former employee drove his motorcycle through the production area at the Alliance Industries factory at speeds of 35-to-40 miles an hour Tuesday night. There were about 14 workers present at 10:00 P-M. They say he parked the bike and jumped on a forklift. Twenty-nine-year-old William A. Cook of Neenah has been charged with operating while intoxicated, fourth offense. Cook made a Wednesday appearance in Winnebago County District Court.
