Surveillance Video Supports Frightened Teen’s Description Of Incident

A 14-year-old girl tells Madison police she was frightened when a man made inappropriate comments to her at a bus stop Monday.  The teenager says she was at the South Transfer Point when a man approached her, telling her he was going to take her to his home and commit sex acts on her.  Fifty-six-year-old Stephan D. Margle told police he didn’t make contact with the girl, but video surveillance refuted his story.  The girl’s name hasn’t been released and she wasn’t physically injured.  Margle was out on bail on another sex crime charge.
