
The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim hit three home runs and made two highlight-reel defensive plays in a 5-2 win over Milwaukee Monday night. Center fielder Mike Trout and shortstop Andrelton Simmons took hits away from Brewer hitters as the Angels won for a third straight time. Mike Moustakas ripped his third homer of the year for Milwaukee and starter Jhoulys Chacin gave up just three hits and three runs in six-and-a-third innings on the mound. Freddy Peralta starts Tuesday’s game as Milwaukee tries to get back on the winning track.
