A man currently being held in the Columbia County Jail was already facing nearly a dozen domestic violence charges. Now, investigators say Fuad Pashayev killed his wife. The body of 23-year-old Tetiana Huzhva was found inside her Wisconsin Dells home and homicide charges against her husband are pending. When the original domestic violence charges were filed in January, Huzhva had run into the Wisconsin Dells Police Department saying she thought he was going to kill her. A no-contact order was issued at the time.
