A judge in Oconto County Circuit Court has sentenced a former teacher at Suring High School to four years in prison for the sexual assault of a student. Twenty-four-year-old Timothy Grimes had entered guilty pleas to two charges in February. A 17-year-old girl had told an investigator last year that she was at a center for victims of child abuse because her teacher was, according to the girl, “doing sexual things with me.” She named Grimes and he was arrested.
