The 60-year-old former chief financial officer of Wisconsin-based Roadrunner Transportation has turned himself into federal authorities. Investigators think Peter Armbruster of Milwaukee and two other trucking company executives were involved in a 245-million dollar stock scam. Brett Naggs and Mark Wogsland were arrested last summer. A 19-count superseding federal indictment was issued Monday. Armbruster’s attorney says his client isn’t guilty of any of the allegations in the indictment.
