Green Bay Elects New Mayor

Green Bay’s new mayor is Eric Genrich.  The former state representative defeated Brown County supervisor Patrick Buckley by a nealy 32-hundred vote margin.  Genrich will take over as mayor for Jim Schmitt, who chose not to seek re-election this spring.  Schmitt, a Two Rivers native, had led Green Bay for 16-years.  Genrich will likely be sworn into office on April 15^th.
