A federal court has given its approval to the Wisconsin attorney general’s request to pull the state out of two lawsuits over the Affordable Care Act. Both Josh Kaul and Governor Tony Evers had campaigned on the promise they would remove Wisconsin from the suit. The decision by the U-S District Court in Northern Texas went their way in a ruling announced Tuesday. Federal courts haven’t responded to a third request by Kaul to withdraw Wisconsin from a final lawsuit against Obamacare.
