Bea’s Ho-Made Products Contain Undeclared Allergens

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection has issued a consumer advisory for Bea’s Ho-Made products. Products subject to this advisory include all jam and jelly, fudge topping, and cherry topping produced by the firm. The food products contain major food allergens that are not declared on their label. The jams and jellies contain the major food allergens milk and soy, while the fudge and cherry toppings contain milk and wheat. No illnesses have been reported from consuming these products. The Ellison Bay company is working cooperatively to remove the products from stores, but consumers may have the products in their homes.
