Interested in a fun filled night of good company, good eats, and a good cause? Join InCourage on April 14th for their annual Domestic Chef Benefit! The event will take place from 5:00-9:00 PM at the Golf Course at Branch River. Close to 20 local chefs will be present and sharing all of their favorite dishes. Guests can expect to see everything from soups and salads, to appetizers, entrees, desserts, and more. In addition to the delicious food, celebrity Chef Ace Champion will also be attending the event. Hailing from Louisiana, Champion specializes in Cajun/Creole food and hosts his own TV show, “Cook like A. Champion” on the Food Channel. Aside from a celebrity guest and delicious food, there will also be a silent and live auction. Some of the fun auction items include craft beer packages, wine tasting events, a Door County horseback riding excursion, and a college planning process package with Thrivent Financial. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on a private dinner party experience with local chef Jeremiah Novak and a custom art piece created by a Chicago artist. Jason Granger, Director of Fund Development and Community Relations with Incourage, says this event promises to be a fun night for all involved and a wonderful opportunity to raise money for a great cause. Granger is expecting about 200 guests at the event and space is limited, so make sure you get your tickets soon! Tickets can be purchased for $50 by visiting the organization’s website at incouragewi.org or contacting Jason directly at jason.granger@incouragewi.org or 920.684.4661.
