Breaking news this morning from Manitowoc police headquarters. Detective Sergeant Mike Stone has just announced that a suspect has been arrested in the September 9th, 2018 slayings of Jocelyn and Richard Miller at their home in Manitowoc.
Sergeant Stone said the suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 26. The arrest was made just 6 days after the Manitowoc Police Department released a video of a person of interest, who was seen in the area on the night of the murders.
Manitowoc Police will release more information during a press conference today at 2:00 o’clock.

On the morning of September 9th Officers and Detectives from the Manitowoc Police Department responded to 3709 Dale Street for a report of two people who were found deceased. Upon their investigation, they learned that both victims were shot and killed. The victims were identified as 51-year-old Richard Miller and his 19-year-old daughter Jocelyn Miller. The two lived at the home. Initial investigation at the residence indicated that the victims, were the intended target, and no one else in the neighborhood was at risk.
