New Green Bay head coach Matt LaFleur says it worked well when he was coaching with the Rams and Titans, so the Packers will hold joint practices with a preseason opponent this year. The announcement was made Tuesday at a meeting of the N-F-L owners, but the specific opponent wasn’t named. The last time the Packers did this was in 2005 when former coach Mike Sherman brought the Buffalo Bills to Green Bay. LaFleur’s preparation for the upcoming season has reportedly included watching about 15-hundred snaps of Packer quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
