Bail is set at $1000 recognizance bond for a 20-year-old Manitowoc man facing charges after he was found to be possession of marijuana. Justice S. Hollahan is charged with possession of marijuana second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia as a drug repeater. A patrolling officer watched a vehicle stop in the road to let a passenger out in the 4300 block of Fleetwood Drive around 8:30 Monday night and remained there for approximately two minutes.
