Felician Village announced that Becky Gauthier, Health Unit Coordinator, was chosen for the Service Excellence Star Award for the month of February. Each month co-workers, residents, family members and visitors are encouraged to nominate an employee to be considered for the Service Excellence Star Award. Becky was nominated for the award after she sat with and consoled the wife of a recently deceased resident. The woman had just lost her husband of almost 68 years. In conjunction with Felician Village’s Service Excellence initiative and Resident Firsts philosophy, selection is based on the employee’s conduct as it reflects Felician Village values.
