Prelim For Accused Killer Rescheduled In Milwaukee

A Monday preliminary hearing for an accused killer and child abductor was supposed to be held Monday, but it has been rescheduled.  Thirty-five-year-old Dariaz Higgins will return to court April 4th.  He’s charged with shooting 24-year-old Sierra Robinson to death while wounding a second woman.  The body of Higgins’ two-year-old daughter was found in a Minnesota ditch, but no charges have been filed yet.
