Badgers Coach Chryst Gets $300K Salary Hike

Despite a disappointing 8-5 record in 2018, the University of Wisconsin has rewarded head coach Paul Chryst with a 300-thousand dollar pay hike.  In four seasons, the Badgers have won 42-of-54 games under Chryst.  His salary is now up to four-point-15-million dollars, including a 400-thousand dollar base.  The deal could get sweeter because it includes bonuses for winning a Big Ten championship or earning a slot in the College Football Playoff.
