Manitowoc Flooding Update

The Flood Warning for Manitowoc County has been canceled by the National Weather Service. Ice jams are clearing and the water levels in area rivers are returning to normal levels. Flood waters have receded and streets have been re-opened. Residents that were evacuated have been given the okay to return to their homes. Lower Henry Schuette Park and Manitou Park have also been re-opened. City personnel will continue to monitor the situation. Be alert to rapidly changing conditions. Do not drive or walk through flooded areas.
