15 year old Damien Hauschultz was in court for his initial hearing yesterday, where he was bound over for trial. His mother Tina McKeever-Hauschultz and adopted father Timothy Hauschultz are also facing charges related to the 2018 death of 7 year old Ethan Hauschultz. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office listed the official cause of death to be “hypothermia due to environmental cold exposure and other significant conditions being blunt force injuries to the head, chest and abdomen.” Damien could spend up to 60 years in state prison if he is found guilty of first degree reckless homicide. He will next be in court on June 21st.
