The deaths of two-year-old Noelani Robinson and her mom, Sierra Robinson, has Reggie Moore, director of Milwaukee’s Office of Violence Prevention, asking people to think about the harsh realities of human trafficking. Moore says people, both young and old, are being victimized by trafficking on a daily basis. Milwaukee police say the suspect in both deaths, Dariaz Higgins, had been Sierra Robinson’s pimp. Sierra was murdered in Milwaukee a week ago. An Amber Alert was issued for Noelani, whose body was found along a road in southern Minnesota over the weekend.
