UPDATE: Milwaukee PD said in a press conference Saturday morning that they believe they have located 2-year-old Noelani Robinson, dead in Minnesota.
A nationwide search is on for two-year-old Noelani Robinson of Milwaukee. Authorities believe she might be with someone in Minnesota after her father murdered her mother and abducted the girl. Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales says Dariaz Higgins is a “cold-blooded killer” involved in human trafficking and has been lying to investigators trying to locate his daughter. He says Higgins has connections in Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois and as far as Miami, Las Vegas, and Kansas City. Authorities say Austin and St. Cloud, Minnesota are two locations where Noelani could be.
