A Silver Alert has been issued for Dennis Ullman missing from Mishicot. Dennis is a 75-year-old white male who is 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Mr. Ullman has gray hair, parted on the side, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and a silver medical necklace around his neck. Ullman was last seen leaving his home around 7 a.m Wednesday and was headed to the HFM Wellness Center in Manitowoc. Ullman drives a 2013 silver Ford Escape SE with WI license plate 954-KFV.
