The Manitowoc County Figure-Skating Club is gearing up for its’ 23rd annual Ice Show this weekend. The program at the Manitowoc County Ice Center marks the end of their skating season, according to Dave Pawlowski, a board member & Vice-President of the M-C-F-S-C.
The 200×80 foot rink is turned into a theatrical setting with costuming and music. And Pawlowski says the theme of the show is “Wild Side”, as part of an interpretation of popular stories familiar to many.
And, the Ice Show is ‘produced’ by Pawlowski’s wife, Kristine.
Show times at the MCIC are Friday night at 7:00 Saturday at 2:00 and 7:00, and Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock. Tickets are $8.00 for adults, and 3-dollars for children 12-and-under. And, they can be purchased during rehearsal times this week, or at the door before show times.
